Boshundhara Motors started its journey on March, 1984 A partnership business with Tofail Ahmed Choudhury, Jubair Raquib Choudhury, Kazi Ahmedul Islam and Zulkernain Jaigirdar. The business firm was initially started as the dealers of Honda Atlas Bangladesh and H.S. Enterprises limited.

From the year 2002 onwards, Boshundhara Motors established dealership with Runner Automobiles Limited and Runner Motors Limited and has continued the venture till the present time. The company is now run under the directorship of two of the founders, Tofail Ahmed Choudhury and Jubair Raquib Choudhury while the other two has later moved on to individual businesses.

Motorcycles manufactured by Hero Motors and Runner Motors Limited along with generators have been the best selling items of the company. The company has been notable for remarkable vocational record of honesty and excellency in service which has been the ultimate motto for all the times to come.
